Energize and open your chakras in this 3-class "Yoga for the Chakras" series. Chakras are energy centers in the body, and if energy is flowing, or leaking outward through the chakras, we feel low, depressed, unhappy and unwell. When the energy in the chakras is released to flow upward, this is when we feel uplifted and calm, and have true vitality - both of the mind and of the body. This series of yoga classes is designed to make the most of yoga's ability to stimulate the chakras, and direct energy to flow upward through them.
